Why is the Internet Hyperlink button disabled?
A hyperlink means that some text or a picture will become clickable. Usually the clickable text will appear blue and underlined, and the cursor changes to a hand when you move the mouse over it. You must already have some text or a picture before you can create a hyperlink. First type in the text or insert the picture that is to become clickable. Then select it. Magically the
lights up. Now you are ready to insert a hyperlink.

We do not provide FTP or Shell access. HilderBuild sites are shared management sites: we do the technical tasks, you update the text and pictures. If you want FTP or Shell acccess then you're most likely looking for hosting only; for which we recommend Site5.
Can you set up a sub-domain on my account?
We do set up sub-domains. Each sub-domain is treated as a new website and incurrs the design and setup fee. There is no additional hosting fee for a sub-domain.
